Here’s a simple recipe for my all time favourite protein dessert. It’s so simple, you don’t even need to spend time to bake it!
I give the difficulty level in making this 1 bicep out of 5.
Here’s what you will need.
-5 Graham crackers
-3 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
-1 cup of low fat cream cheese
-4 cups of Greek yogurt
-8 serving of vanilla whey protein
-Different kinds of berries for decoration
1. For the crust:
Crush the Graham crackers and put them into a mixing bowl. Melt peanut butter in a microwave oven for about 2 minutes and then add it to the crackers. Mix them together and spread the mixture on a pie tray lined with baking paper.
2. Freeze the crust in the freezer.
3. For the filling:
Mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt and whey protein into a consistent mixture. At this point, make sure your mixture is not too fluid, add more whey protein to thicken the mixture if needed.
4. Spread the cheese protein mixture onto the frozen crust.
5. Decorate your cheese cake with different berries of your choose.
